MAFP Advocacy Committee
The purpose of the MAFP Advocacy Committee is to ensure that family physicians have a voice in Lansing through proactive advocacy efforts. The committee meets face-to-face throughout the year to discuss current and changing trends in the policy environment, both at the state and federal levels, and set MAFP’s legislative strategy and priorities. The committee consists of family physicians, students and residents and MAFP staff.
As a member of this committee, you will also receive regular communication updates from Director of Government Affairs, Christin O’Brien.
