AAFP automatically records your credits for such AAFP CME activities as Home Study Self-Assessment, Video CME, Clinical Quiz (American Family Physician) and FPM Quiz (Family Practice Management), each time you submit a quiz card to AAFP.

AAFP provides the easy-to-use reporting form below on which to submit all of your other CME.

AAFP sends you a copy of your computer CME record at least once each year, to allow you to review it for accuracy and completeness.
