If you are interested in serving on one or more committee, apply by April 1 for a two-year term beginning August 1.

Eligibility

  • A Michigan Academy of Family Physicians member in good standing
  • Support the mission of MAFP/Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan
  • Willing to commit the necessary time to serve and contribute
  • When possible, represent MAFP and its members at various events and programs
  • Understand the issues impacting the practice of family medicine, the delivery of care, and patients
