Panel: Residency Preparation Demystified!
As a medical student at the beginning of your journey to becoming a physician, you undoubtedly have many questions about residency. During this panel discussion, you will get tips for preparing for residency—including preparing for the Match—and an ‘insider’s view’ of what it’s really like to be a family medicine resident. Get your questions answered as you prepare for this next step!

Clinical Workshops
Gain hands-on experience as you discover the outpatient procedures you can perform within your own family medicine practice. These workshops will be led by residency program faculty and residents. Each student will choose one of several options per session. Examples of procedures include Punch & Shave Biopsy, Suturing Techniques, Women's Health / Pelvic Exam & IUD Insertion, Joint Injections, and Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine.

Cancelation Policy:
All cancelation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to MAFP. An administrative fee will be deducted from any and all cancelations or refund requests. The final date for refunds is September 30; no refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions accepted in lieu of cancelations and will be charged the appropriate registration rate if different from the original registration.
