This session will also discuss and thoughts on the future, emphasizing new technologies and tools, as well as its position in the medical community.

Burnout is common in everyday life no matter what profession you are in. Often, professionals struggle to find a healthy balance between their work and personal life. This session will provide attendees with insight on how to create a balanced life you truly enjoy.

Expressing the Fundamental Aspects of Our True Selves
Discussion regarding the mental and physical health impacts that a lack of inclusion and being closeted about one's sexuality or other perceived stigma has on individuals in the workplace and in life. The downstream implications that this has for creativity, productivity in life, personal and professional, are further discussed. During this session, attendees will develop methods to promote diversity and inclusion.

Managing Obesity: A Multi-Faceted Approach
This session will provide an understanding of the clinical impact of obesity and how family physicians can incorporate obesity management into their current practice. The lecturer, Dr. Jennifer Hanna, is board certified in family medicine as well as obesity medicine and has a special interest in obesity management for children and adults through a multi-disciplinary approach. The United States is facing an epidemic of obesity and there is a high need for physician understanding of obesity management.
