Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan, in collaboration with Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, invites medical students to the seventh annual Michigan Future of Family Medicine Virtual Student Conference to explore the breadth and depth of the family medicine specialty.

This provides a variety of choices when it comes to lifestyle, geography, income, and career goals. During this panel discussion, a diverse group of family physicians will share their experiences that span the full spectrum of family medicine. Discover your career options to fit your goals, and come armed with your questions.

    Discover the outpatient procedures you can perform within your own family medicine practice.

    Panel: Residency Preparation Demystified 
    As a medical student at the beginning of your journey to becoming a physician, you undoubtedly have many questions about residency. During this panel discussion, you will get tips for preparing for residency—including preparing for the Match—and an ‘insider’s view’ of what it’s really like to be a family medicine resident. Get your questions answered as you prepare for this next step!
