2022 Women in Family Medicine Exhibitor & Sponsorship Opportunities
The Women in Family Medicine Conference, now in its third year, will showcase evidence-based strategies, education, and skill development opportunities to help female family physicians advance at various stages of their career. This conference is planned by, presented by, and hosted for female physicians.
Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available.
The following sponsorship opportunities are available to organizations interested in supporting the advancement of family medicine in Michigan:
- Networking Reception Sponsorship: $850
- Includes verbal announcement during the reception Friday evening and access to all of the live sessions.
- Lunch Sponsorship: $1,200
- Breakfast Sponsorship: $700 (2 sponsorships available)
- Pen Sponsorship (sponsor provides 50 pens): $250
- Lanyard Sponsorship (sponsor provides 50 lanyards): $250
By participating in this opportunity, you will increase awareness of your company by showcasing your strengths and unique attributes, and build relationships with female family physicians.
- Exhibit Booth: $450 (12 spots available)
Your expo booth at the conference includes:
- 2.5 hours of dedicated time to connect with students (see schedule below)
- One 6-foot table and two chairs
- Name badge for up to two representatives from your organization
- Breakfast and Lunch for up to two representatives from your organization ($30 for each additional representative)
- Display of your company logo on MAFP's website, linking to your website
- Opportunity to distribute program material at your exhibit space

This session will empower women in medicine with the skills and resources to remove barriers and biases of women in leadership positions specific to the challenges in healthcare.
Navigating and Surviving: How to Manage Patient Care During a Time of Crisis | 2:50-3:50 PM
How do family physicians balance their patient's mental and physical wellbeing and their wellbeing in a time of crisis? During this session, you will hear from a female family physician as she uncovers how she managed to prioritize her patients and herself during an unimaginable time of crisis.

Each caller must identify themselves as a member of the group with the Block Offer Code 2211FMF, and provide the first night’s room and tax as a deposit using a major credit card. Each room has up to 72 hours prior to check‐in to cancelthe individual room. If the room is cancelled within 72 hours of check‐in, 100% of the first room night plus tax will be charged to the credit card or taken from the deposit, as applicable. This charge applies only to thecancellation of the room and is in addition to any cancellation or attrition charges owed by Group under this Agreement.
A limited number of rooms are available on Friday, November 11, at the reduced rate of $169.
