This virtual Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA) includes content related to screening and diagnosis, epidemiology, classification, pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic management, risk factors, and complications of hypertension. Complete this 60-question KSA with your colleagues in a virtual group discussion format.

Zoom webinar will open. 

8 am - 12 pm
Complete the 60-question KSA in a distraction-free, facilitated virtual group discussion format. At the session's conclusion, MAFP staff will submit your score to American Board of Family Medicine; ABFM will then report your earned CME credits to AAFP.  


Location

Attend virtually via Zoom. After registering, you will receive an email with Zoom login information.


Cost

MAFP members must first login to receive the discounted member rate.

  • MAFP member (Active and Life)* regular rate: $249 
  • MAFP member (Resident and Transitional)* regular rate: $149
  • Non-MAFP member regular rate: $299 

Please note: The registration fee does not include ABFM or recertification fees.

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to MAFP (email info@mafp.com or mail to MAFP, 2164 Commons Parkway, Okeomos, MI 48864). An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from all cancellations and refunds. The final date for refunds is January 29. No refunds will be granted after this date.

CME Information

The AAFP has reviewed Hypertension KSA and deemed it acceptable for up to 8.00 Knowledge Self-Assessment, Live AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 02/06/2021 to 02/06/2021. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
