This virtual Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA) focuses on content related to co-management, referral, models of care, and family and community resources pertinent to mental health issues; co-morbid disorders; epidemiology/risk factors; primary management; and screening and diagnosis. Complete this 60-question KSA with your colleagues in a virtual group discussion format.

Complete the 60-question KSA in a distraction-free, facilitated virtual group discussion format. At the session's conclusion, MAFP staff will submit your score to American Board of Family Medicine; ABFM will then report your earned CME credits to AAFP.
Attend virtually via Zoom. After registering, you will recieve an email with Zoom login information.

Please note: The registration fee does not include ABFM or recertification fees.
All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to MAFP (email email@example.com or mail to MAFP, 2164 Commons Parkway, Okeomos, MI 48864). An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from all cancellations and refunds. The final date for refunds is December 1. No refunds will be granted after this date.
