Family Medicine Week Webinar: State Legislation Impacting the Practice of Family Medicine
On March 23, family physicians will convene at the state capitol for the 2022 Michigan Family Medicine Advocacy Day. A key component of this annual event is family physicians, resident physicians, and medical students meeting with lawmakers to share their boots-on-the-ground experiences as they relate to the practice of family medicine, the delivery of and patient access to care, and the physician-patient relationship. During this webinar, MAFP’s director of government affairs and our lobbyist will discuss the potential impact of current bills and impending legislation on your specialty, your practice, and your patients, as you prepare to meet with your lawmakers.
