Dr. Kristi VanDerKolk Completes Leadership Fellowship
Congratulations to Kristi VanDerKolk, MD, FAAFP, associate professor and Family Medicine Residency Program Director at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, for completing the year-long Association for Departments of Family Medicine (ADFM) Leadership Education for Academic Development and Success (LEADS) fellowship. The program is designed for mid-career family physicians and offers mentorship, tailored training, and projects to prepare participants for executive positions, with a focus on increasing diversity in academic medicine leadership.
