This conference is the annual continuing medical education and networking event for the family medicine community in Michigan. Premier keynote, general, and breakout sessions cover a broad variety of timely clinical, practice management, and advocacy topics; and the community-building functions are designed to bring members together, engage families, and facilitate fun. There's something for everyone!

Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo registration is open to physicians, residents currently enrolled in family medicine residency, and students currently enrolled in medical school. Other non-physician health care professionals are not eligible to attend.

Cancellation Policy (for registrants): Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from all cancellations and refunds. The final date for refunds is June 4, 2027.

The Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo provides an opportunity for companies and organizations to engage with family physicians, family medicine residents, and medical students from across the state to highlight products, services, and expertise that support the practice of family medicine.

• Sponsorships range from $250 to $15,000.
• For-profit exhibitors: $1,450 until March 15, 2027; $1,650 between March 16 and May 14, 2027
• Non-profit exhibitors: $850 until March 15, 2027; $1,050 between March 16 and May 14, 2027

Cancellation Policy (for exhibitors and sponsors): Exhibit space is not reserved until full payment is received. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Exhibitors who cancel on or before May 14, 2027, will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less a $100 cancellation fee per booth. Cancellations received after May 14, 2027, are non-refundable, and FMFM shall be entitled to retain 100% of all amounts due under the exhibitor agreement. FMFM reserves the right to reassign or resell canceled booth space in its sole discretion, without any obligation to refund fees paid. All fees remain due and payable in full regardless of exhibitor attendance. A $100 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of whether payment has been made in advance.
