Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo The Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island
This conference is the annual continuing medical education and networking event for the family medicine community in Michigan. Premier keynote, general, and breakout sessions cover a broad variety of timely clinical, practice management, and advocacy topics; and the community-building functions are designed to bring members together, engage families, and facilitate fun. There's something for everyone!
Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo registration is open to physicians, residents currently enrolled in family medicine residency, and students currently enrolled in medical school. Other non-physician health care professionals are not eligible to attend.

AAFP Prescribed Credits: The AAFP has reviewed 2026 Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo, and deemed it acceptable for AAFP credit. Term of approval is from 07/17/2026 to 07/19/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM / AOA 1A Credits: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. ACOFP is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ACOFP designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. ACOFP is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. ACOFP designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.5 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report continuing medical education (CME) credits commensurate with the physician’s participation in this program.

Cancellation Policy (for registrants): Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from all cancellations and refunds. The final date for refunds is June 12.

The Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo provides an opportunity for companies and organizations to engage with family physicians, family medicine residents, and medical students from across the state to highlight products, services, and expertise that support the practice of family medicine.
- Sponsorships range from $250 - $15,000.
- For-profit exhibitors: $1,550
- Non-profit exhibitors: $950
- 150 family physicians expected to attend. 3.5 hours of dedicated exhibit time.
- The expo will be open on July 17 and 18, 2026.
- 36 exhibit booths available, first come first served, expected to sell out.
- Register early for greater exposure.

Cancellation Policy (for exhibitors and sponsors): Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] by May 1, 2026, to receive a full refund minus a $100 per booth administrative fee. Cancellations made after May 1, 2026, when the booth cannot be resold, will be ineligible for a refund.
