Earn Free CME by Reading, Writing Michigan Family Physician Articles

A new feature of Michigan Academy of Family Physicians’ quarterly Michigan Family Physician magazine is a Clinical Corner article approved by American Academy of Family Physicians for CME credit. Members may also earn CME credit by authoring a Clinical Corner article published in Michigan Family Physician. Click here for article specifications and the submission form.

Active physician members of the Academy must report at least 150 credits of approved CME every three calendar years to maintain membership. The 150 credits must include at least 75 AAFP Prescribed credits. AAFP Prescribed credit is designated for activities designed primarily for physicians; content is directly related to patient care, patient care delivery, or certain nonclinical topics.

CME credits are also required for MD and DO medical licensure in Michigan.
