Call for Presentation Proposals: 2024 Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo

As we plan for the 2024 Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo—July 13-16 at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island—Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan’s Professional Development Committee is accepting CME presentation proposals through Sept. 15, 2023. Clinical and practice management presentations by family physicians, family medicine residents, and associated experts are welcome!

For a presentation to be submitted for AAFP’s CME approval, the proposal must identify a professional gap, a needs assessment, learner objectives, cited resources, and complete speaker information as well as clearly convey how the course will directly impact healthcare delivery and patients’ well-being.
