MDHHS Firearm Safety Resources

In August, members passed Resolution 23-11, which called on MAFP to share firearm safety resources. Resources for family physicians, patients, and the public can be found on the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) website here. These resources include information on obtaining free trigger locks, safe handling with children in the home, and responsible ownership strategies.
