2024 Ten State Conference

This annual conference serves as the regional meeting of physician and staff leaders from 13 state chapters of the American Academy of Family Physicians (from across the upper Midwest and east coast states). Agenda topics include leadership, professional development, current issues, and chapter best practice.

Physician and staff leaders from the following AAFP chapters: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Ten State Member*: $300 per person (includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday, dinner and entertainment on Saturday)

Non-Ten State Member: $400 per person
