Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo

This conference is the annual continuing medical education and networking event for the family medicine community in Michigan. Premier keynote, general, and breakout sessions cover a broad variety of timely clinical, practice management, and advocacy topics; and the community-building functions are designed to bring members together, engage families, and facilitate fun. There's something for everyone!

Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo registration is open to physicians, residents currently enrolled in family medicine residency, and students currently enrolled in medical school. Other non-physician health care professionals are not eligible to attend.

• Two keynote speeches from Dr. Jen Brull, AAFP President and Dr. Warren Jones, Chief Health Officer, The Jones Group of Mississippi and former AAFP president.
• 16 sessions offering insight into timely clinical and practice management topics.
• Fun social events like the Family Medicine Expo Welcome Reception, the Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan VIP Afterglow, and New Physicians Welcome Breakfast on Friday, July 18.

• Conference registration is required before you can book a room with The Grand Hotel. The online reservation link for The Grand Hotel will be shared in the conference registration confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy (for registrants):
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from all cancellations and refunds. The final date for refunds is June 12. 

Sponsors & Exhibitors

The Michigan Family Medicine Conference & Expo provides an opportunity for companies and organizations to engage with family physicians, family medicine residents, and medical students from across the state to highlight products, services, and expertise that support the practice of family medicine.

• Sponsorships range from $250 - $8,000.
• For-profit exhibitors: $1,350 until 3/17/25; $1,550 between 3/18/25 and 6/2/25 
• Non-profit exhibitors: $750 until 3/17/25; $950 between 3/18/25 and 6/2/25 
• 150 family physicians expected to attend. 3.5 hours of dedicated exhibit time.
• The expo will be open on July 18 and 19, 2025.
• 34 exhibit booths available, first come first served, expected to sell out.
• Register early for greater exposure.
• Sponsor / exhibitor registration closes June 2, 2025.

Cancellation Policy (for exhibitors and sponsors): 
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] by May 2, 2025, to receive a full refund minus a $100 per booth administrative fee. Cancellations made after May 2, 2025, when the booth cannot be resold, will be ineligible for a refund.
